This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by petitioners/A.1 to A.8 seeking to quash the proceedings in the private complaint filed before the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Hyderabad, which was referred to W.P.S. South Zone, Ghansi Bazar at Hyderabad and the said police registered the case vide Crime No.176 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 506, 509 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 'IPC') and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, against the petitioners.

2 . A joint memo of compromise is filed in Crl.P.M.P.No.9993 of 2015 seeking permission for compromise in the matter by compounding the said crime. The parties stated that they wanted to purchase peace and they have settled their disputes outside the Court.

3. Having regard to the above, to sub-serve the ends of justice by invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. permission is accorded and Crl.P.M.P.No. 9993 of 2015 is ordered and the offences supra are compounded.

4. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.176 of 2013 of the WPS South Zone, Ghansi Bazar, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled. 5 . Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
