The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt ofnotice in the case). ORDER:

"Having regard to the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.9248 of 2021, dated 23,08.2021, the official respondents are directed to receive' process, register and release the sale deed(s) presented by the petitioner(s), without reference to Memos No,G2/25712019, dated 26.08,2020, and G21257/2019, dater729'12,2020, issued by respondent No. 2, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four weel$ from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioner(s) complying with the provisions ofthe Indian Registration Act, 1908, and Indian Stamps Act' 1899.

/LIt is made clear that the registration of the document(s) shall be subject to the final result of the writ petition.
