COMMON JUDGMENT:

A.S.No.535 of 2007 arises out of judgment and decree, dated 03.07.2007, in O.S.No.187 of 2003 on the file of learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Ranga Reddy District.

The appellant filed A.S.M.P.No.843 of 2015, wherein it is, inter alia, stated that pending the appeal, both the parties have entered into compromise and that therefore, the appeal may be disposed of in terms of compromise. Original memorandum of compromise, dated 22.04.2015, signed by both the parties and their respective counsel has been filed along with this application. At the hearing, the appellant and Mr.Balmukund Gupta, partner of the

respondent company, are present and they have affirmed the compromise between th e m. The learned counsel for both the parties reiterated the prayer in A.S.M.P.No.843 of 2015.

In the light of the above facts, A.S.M.P.No.843 of 2015 is ordered. Consequently, A.S.No.535 of 2007 is disposed of in terms of compromise, vide memorandum of compromise, dated 22.04.2015, filed along with A.S.M.P.No.843 of 2015.

As a sequel to disposal of the appeal suit, A.S.M.P.No.590 of 2010 filed by the respondent for expedite hearing of the appeal shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
