This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 and A2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.189 of 2012 of Chaitanyapuri Police station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC and Sections 4 & 5 of Prize Chit & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act.

This petition was filed in the year 2012 and this Court while admitting this petition, granted interim stay of arrest of the petitioners. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the Counsel, this Court is of the view that this petition can be disposed of with the following direction: "The police concerned are directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law."
