Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondents, submitted that after the interim direction given by this Court in W.P.M.P.No. 27647 of 2007 on 08-10-2007, employment has been given to the petitioner and he is now working and that, therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Considering the representation of learned standing counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
