THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1544 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 18.02.2015 passed in W.P.No.17630 of 2015. By the said order, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mahabubabad, was directed to give due notice to the writ petitioner and the State Road Transport Corporation and take appropriate action upon the writ petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2015 in accordance with law.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that pursuant to the aforestated order, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mahabubabad, did the needful and issued proceedings dated 08.09.2016 holding that the writ petitioner's land had not been encroached upon by the Road Transport Corporation. In the light of the aforestated development, this Court finds no reasons to infer any disobedience, much less wilful disobedience, warranting exercise of contempt jurisdiction.
