When the matter is listed on 17-07-2017, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus it shows the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
