THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1227 OF 2024 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 (1) (B) of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/Accused seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Thursday between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. till filing of charge sheet.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is abiding by the conditions imposed by the Prl.Junior Civil Judge-cum-IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Malkajgiri District, in Crl.M.P.No.9/2025 in Crime No.07 of 2014.

In the said circumstances of the case, the condition to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, on every

Thursday, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the said SHO, as and when required.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
