This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.49 of 2016 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 20.03.2017 and 28.03.2017. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
