O R D E R

Petitioner, in this writ petition, is seeking for a direction to the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, to consider his representations dated 21.06.2019 and 21.11.2019, for issuance of occupancy certificate in respect of the subject land by deleting the name of one Mr.Duddela Chennaiah, whose name is entered in the revenuer records.

The said Mr.Duddela Chennaiah, who would be the affected party in the event of passing of any order by this court, is not impleaded in this writ petition. When the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, raised an objection stating that the said affected party is not before this court, learned counsel for the petitioner insisted for hearing of the writ petition. As the affected party is not impleaded, this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
