This petition is filed by the petitioner -Accused No.3 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.12 of 2015 on the file of the Renigunta Urban Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 353, 332, 379, 120-B r/w 34 IPC; Section 20(i)(c )(ii)(iii) (iv)(v) and (x); Section 29(ii) (B) of A.P. Forest Act and Rule 3 of APF Red Sander Wood and Sander Wood Transit Act and Rule 3 of Red Sander Wood Possession Rules, 1989; Section 51 of Wild Life (Protection Act) 1967, 55(2) of Biological Diversity Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. From the material on record, it is clear that the petitioner is involved in several cases of the same nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
