HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35964 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India aggrieved over the order passed by the 2nd respondent to freeze the accounts of the 3rd respondent with the petitioner-Bank. 2.

When the matter has come up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Standing Counsel for ACB that the official respondents have already communicated a letter to the authorities concerned to defreeze the accounts. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has also informed the same.

In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that there is nothing to adjudicate in this petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
