A.S.MP.No.1503 of 2017 is filed seeking to permit the petitioner - appellant to withdraw the present Appeal Suit in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the parties.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, A.S.MP.No.1503 of 2017 is allowed. Consequently, A.S.No.432 of 2009 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
