ORDER:

This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.

At the hearing, Sri Parikshith Kutur, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondent has paid the debt to the satisfaction of the petitioner and that therefore his client does not intend to press the Company Petition.

In view of the above submission, the Company Petition is closed as not pressed.
