THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.31423 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri S.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would submit that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is covered by the order of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.12753 of 2016 dated 19.04.2016. Following the said order, and in terms thereof, the respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps for recovery of the disputed tax till the disposal of the appeal pending before the Appellate Deputy Commissioner on the condition that the petitioner deposits 25% of the disputed tax within two weeks from today. The petitioner shall be given credit for the tax, if any, already paid in this regard. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
