THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.20409 OF 2000 ORDER:

On 24.11.2017, when the matter was called, as there was no representation on behalf of petitioners, the matter was directed to be listed on 27.11.2017, on which date also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 28.11.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter came up in the forenoon session, none appeared for the petitioners. The matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session, but there was no representation on behalf of petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
