This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in Crime No.37 of 2013 on the file of Nandyal I Town Police Station, Nandyal, Kurnool District. The offences alleged are under Sections 323, 498A, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the petitioners herein are acquitted vide judgment, dated 26.08.2014, in C.C.No.309 of 2013.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 24.06.2013 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
