Karan Arjun, S/o. LalYadav Petitioner (Accused in Cr.No.278/2017 of Balanagar P.S., R.R.Dist) AND The State of Telangana, through Station House Officer, Balanagar P.S., rep by its Public Prosecutor, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner on bail, pending investigation, enquiry and trial into Crime in FIR.No. 278 of 2017 of Balanagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy Districdt. The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Raju Jarpala, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" This petition is filed, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking to enlarge the petitioner, who is sole accused, on bail in Crime No. 278 of 2017, on the file of Balanagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 343, 354-A of IPC and Section 7 r/w 8 of POCSO Act.

2.Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.A perusal of the report shows that the victim girl left the house without informing the inmates and they gave report expressing suspicion against the petitioner.

4.Hence, from the facts, it appears that there is a volition on the part of the victim also. Hence, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on condition of his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed."
