Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the written instructions dated 16-03-2022 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chilkalguda Police Station and the same is made as part of the record.

From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the Investigating Officer has compieted investigation and referred the same as 'Lack of Evidence' and filed final report before concerned Court on 17-05-202 1 itself. In view of the same, this Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition, shall stand closed.
