SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI Criminal Petition No.756 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with NBW, dated 06.09.2017 in DVMP. No.1205 of 2017 in DVC. No.26 of 2015 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

This case pertains to the NBW, which was issued against the petitioners in connection with aforementioned case. Hence, this Court opines that the petitioners can file an appropriate petition before the Court below, seeking to recall of the warrant and the Court below shall dispose of the same, on the same day, subject to pressure of other work, on merits.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
