HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Transfer Criminal Petition Nos.25, 27, 28 and 30 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and perused the common order dated 11.11.2014 in Crl.M.P.Nos.284, 286, 288 and 290 of 2014 passed by Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srikakulam. The learned Judge gave cogent reasons for dismissal of transfer applications. Hence, I find no reasons to interfere with the said order. Accordingly, Transfer Criminal Petition Nos.25, 27, 28 and 30 of 2015 are dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
