THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.172 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 27.10.2016, in W.P.No.36414 of 2016.

Heard Smt Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondent. Respondent, Mr.Malla Mahesh, is present.

Learned Government Pleader for Home filed counter affidavit of the respondent, wherein it is stated that the order, complaining disobedience of which the present contempt case is filed, is duly complied with and a final report has been filed, on 25.01.2018, before the Court of the learned IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam City.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the contempt case may be closed. 5.

Though there is some delay in compliance of the orders of this Court, this Court is not inclined to take serious view of the matter, as it appears that the conduct resulting in delay is not contumacious.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

MSRM, J C.C.No.172 of 2018 Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
