This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionert respondent to quash the order dated 30.11.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.93 ot 2021 in M.C.No.07 of 2019 by the learned Judge, Additional Fanily Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner - respondent and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State.

3. The petitioner-husband is questioning the grant of interim maintenance to the 2'd and 3'd respondents herein who are the wife and daughter.

4. A reading of the order and the findings, I do not find any infirmity to interfere with the said order passed by the learned Judge. However, the time granted for payment of arrears can be extended by another four (04) months.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off and the arrears shall be paid by the petitioner-husband within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
