Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents.

By the order impugned, petitioner was removed from services of Oriental Bank of Commerce. Against the order of removal, remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner. Without exhausting the remedy of appeal, this writ petition is filed. 3.

There is no averment in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the reason for not availing the remedy of appeal and directly instituted this writ petition.

Since, the petitioner has an effective and efficacious remedy of appeal, against the order of removal by the disciplinary authority, the Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 5.
