HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.13423 of 2009 ORDER:

The petitioners seek Writ of Mandamus declaring the proposed action of the respondent in not extending the benefit to the petitioners in respect of their Agricultural Loan Accounts bearing Nos. GLAGL/1/20070500 dated 13.09.2007 and GLAGL/354/2007 dated 02.08.2007 respectively, under the scheme "Agricultural Debt Waiver and Debt Relief Scheme, 2008" vide Circular No.1/2008 dated 28.05.2008 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and for a consequential order directing the respondent to writeoff the overdue loan amount in respect of aforesaid loan accounts of the petitioners by extending the benefit under the said scheme. 2) It is seen that this Court in W.P.M.P.No.17434 of 2009 passed an interim order dated 07.07.

2009 to the effect that pending further orders, there shall be a direction that the respondent shall extend the benefits to the petitioners strictly in accordance with the scheme and in particular with reference to the dates mentioned in clause-4 thereof. 3) Learned counsel for petitioners would submit that in view of the interim order, there is no requirement of passing any final order in the writ petition.

4) Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
