As none appeared for the petitioner on 06.10.2017, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, though the Writ Petition is listed under the caption "for dismissal", neither Sri B.Yuvaraj, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, is present nor is there any representation on his behalf.
