This appeal is preferred by the appellants-respondents 2 and 3 against the award, dated 03-03-2004 in O.P.No.934 of 2000 on the file of the Principal District Judge-cum-Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Khammam.

2. The above O.P. was filed by the 1st respondent herein. As against the 1st respondent herein, the appeal was dismissed for default, vide order, dated 05-01-2012.

3. In view of the same, this appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
