No.3 of 2021 .When this application is taken up for consideration, Mr.M.Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State submitted that during the pendency of this application, the Investigating Officer after conducting investigation filed a charge sheet before the competent Court, and the same was numbered as C.C.No.1051 of 2021 and is pending on the file of the 25th Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad.

In view of the above said submission, this Court is of the considered view that no further adjudication is required.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to avail the remedies as available under law if so aggrieved.
