THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2475 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 23 of 2012 on the file of Women Police Station, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.

Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 21.05.2013 before the Court of the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Rajahmundry and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 1102 of 2013. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for trial on 15.07.2015.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
