- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2622 OF 2019 ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 4. 2.
Petitioners allege that respondents 3 and 4 are calling them to police station at the behest of 5th respondent, without their being any complaint or case registered against them and the same would be violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

The Sub-Inspector denies the allegation that Police constables are visiting the residence of petitioners and demanding them to come to police station to settle the property in favour of 5th respondent.
4.
Since no crime is registered against petitioners 1 and 3, they shall not be harassed or their life and liberty be affected in any manner, unless any other crime is registered against them in future.
