THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR and THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.36721 of 2015 ORDER: (per SK, J) This writ petition was filed assailing the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, in S.A.No.288 of 2011 and the order in Review Petition No.2 of 2014 filed therein. The proceedings before the Tribunal were instituted by the petitioner herein aggrieved by the measures initiated by Andhra Bank, the respondent herein, under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

It is now stated by the learned counsel for the respondent bank, that the loan account of the petitioner stood settled under a One Time Settlement Scheme as long back as in May, 2016. Recording the said statement, we close the writ petition as the cause no longer survives for consideration on merits.
