The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the police authorities did not take any action upon his complaint dated 08.08.2011. The said complaint was directed against the alleged illegal actions of respondents 4 to 7.

Relying on the written instructions dated 29.06.2015 received from the Circle Inspector of Police, Madakasira, Anantapur District, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home stated that upon verification of the records in the police station, it was found that the complaint dated 08.08.2011 alleged to have been sent by the petitioner was never received. She further stated that in the event the petitioner approaches the police authorities with a complaint, necessary action would be taken as per law.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the police authorities concerned and submit a written complaint, if any. In the event such a complaint is

submitted, the police authorities shall take necessary action thereon in accordance with law.
