The petitioner/sole accused and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant are one and the same in both the cases. The petitioner and the 2nd respondent, along with their respective counsel, are present.

I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 in both the cases are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offence in C.C.Nos.1075 & 141 of 2018 respectively, on the file of the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 354(D) IPC, by stating that they have settled the matter outside the Court amicably. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petitions are allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused C.C.Nos.1075 & 141 of 2018 respectively on the file of the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/accused is acquitted.
