Having regard to the nature of relief claimed in this Public Interest Litigation, we are of the view that this may be the cause for individuals or group of individuals and none of the petitioners before us is a beneficiary of allotment of land.

Therefore, we close this Public Interest Litigation giving liberty to the real beneficiary to approach appropriate forum. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
