Learned Government Pleader has informed this Court that already a public interest litigation i.e., PIL.No.251 of 2021 in respect of lakes in and around Hyderabad has been filed and the same is pending. Therefore, the public interest litigation stands disposed of, as the subject matter of the present public interest litigation is being looked into in another public interest litigation, as aforesaid. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
