Ramachandra Rao) The counsel for petitioner states that his client intends to avail the 'Sabka Vishwas (Legal Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019', and so the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to revive this Writ Petition in the event there is no settlement reached in the said Scheme.

Therefore, permission is granted to appellant to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right to petitioner to revive the Writ Petition in the event there is no settlement under the said Scheme. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
