THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4923 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the unsuccessful respondent assailing the order, dated 10.09.2012, of the learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, passed in I.A.No.751 of 2011 in A.S.S.R.No.2928 of 2011.

There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.

A perusal of the order impugned shows that the appellate Court allowed the petition and condoned the delay on payment of costs of Rs.500/-.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the appellate Court informed telephonically that the above stated I.A. was dismissed on 19.03.2014 for non-payment of costs imposed.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
