The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ....to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondents in constantly summoning the Petitioner to Humayunagar Police Station and threatening her to vacate the premises bearing flat No 302, 402, Duplex flat, Gems Corner, H. 3.
The main grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that the respondent police officials have been calling her to the police station and threatening her to vacate the premises bearing No.302 and 304, duplex flat, Gems Corner in premises bearing No.10-3291/ 1/ A/ E, Vijayanagar Colony, Hyderabad. In fact, respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have also threatened her son stating that they would foist criminal cases against her and put her behind bars. 4.
Today, during the course of arguments, learned GP placed on record, the written instructions dated 9.11.2018 issued by the Inspector of Police, Humayunagar P.S.
5.
A perusal of the said instructions would reveal that respondent No.9 herein lodged a private complaint before the appropriate Court. The said complaint was referred to Police
under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. Pursuant thereto, a case in Crime No.282 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 406, 420, 448, 451, 454, 500, 506, 507, 511 read with 34 IPC was registered on the file of Humayunagar Police Station. After investigation, a charge sheet has been laid for the offence under Sections 504 and 506 IPC. In the charge sheet, the petitioner herein has been arrayed as A1 since a prima facie case for commission of the offence under the above said sections has been made out. Learned VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, after taking cognizance of the offence, numbered the case as CC.No.311 of 2017. At that stage, the matter has been compounded (compromised) before the Lok Adalat on 7.6.2018. A copy of the Award passed by the Lok Adalat is enclosed to the written instructions.
6.
The written instructions as well as the copy of the Award are made part of the record.
7.
In the light of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. 8.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
