Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.
2. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that she made an application on 15-03-2016 to the 3rd respondent to mutate her name in the revenue records and also to issue pattadar pass book and title deed in her favour.

Petitioner contends that 3rd respondent has not passed any orders on the said representation. 4.
Learned counsel for petitioner appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's application dt.15-03-2016 and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider
petitioner's application dt.15-03-2016 and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 6.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
