SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.9011 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.146 of 2011 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against the petitioners/A1 to A3.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent filed a memo stating that the case ended in acquittal by virtue of the judgment dated 17.07.2014 and therefore, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
