Ramachandra Rao) Learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw this Writ Petition since it is a condition imposed by the 2nd respondent Bank for accepting the OTS amount payable by petitioner in full and final settlement of the claims of the 2nd respondent against petitioner. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the Writ Petition in case the 2nd respondent does not accept the OTS. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
