The petitioner filed an application in l.A.No.l oi 2020 in this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to release the seized vehicle Bolero bearing Registration No. TS 04 UB 3373.

Pending disposal of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to release the vehicle Bolero bearing Registration No. TS 04 UB 3373 to the petitioner subject to his furnishing immovable property security for the value of the vehicle as determined by the Motor Vehicle lnspector and an undertaking that he will not alienate the vehicle or alter its nature or create any encumbrance over the vehicle.
