ORDER

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: " to issue a writ order or direction more in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the impugned proceedings No.DEE/OP/CIX/B.Bazar/Gr.HYD/Tech/d.No.1008/07 dated 06.08.2007 issued by the 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice". 2.

During hearing, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the respondents have initiated steps to disconnect the power supply to the premises of petitioners on the ground that the petitioners have not obtained the Occupancy Certificate from the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad. However, during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners got the construction regularized by the GHMC and they also produced before this Court the proceedings No.BPS/625/TPS/C8/CZ/GHMC/2008-09 dated 29.06.2010, showing that the construction made by them has been regularized. 3.

In view of the subsequent development, the petitioners made a representation dated 19.07.2017 to the Assistant Divisional Engineer (Operations), TSPDCL, Hyderabad, seeking to withdraw the notice for disconnection and the same is pending. 4.

In view of the fact that the petitioners' building has been regularized by the GHMC vide proceedings dated 29.06.2010 and the representation dated 19.07.2017 filed by petitioners is pending consideration, I deem it appropriate to direct the Assistant Divisional Engineer (Operations), Telangana State Power Distribution

MSKJ,J W.P.No.19163 of 2007 Company, Troop Bazar, Hyderabad, to dispose of the said representation within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
