In view of the letter dt:27.07.2015 submitted by Sri Naresh Byrapaneni, learned counsel for appellant to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the appellant/Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal, and hence the M.A.C.M.A may be dismissed as withdrawn, this M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.
