HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 2695 of 2020 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not passing orders on petitioners representation dated 14.05.2019.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner filed representation dated 14.05.2019 to the 4th respondent for grant of 'no objection' when the same was insisted for obtaining building permission and that the same is not being disposed of till date. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation. Since the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the 4t respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 14.05.2019 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
