Heard.

The petitioner is aggrieved by inclusion of his land under the Notification issued under Section 22-A of the Registration Act. However, the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of making appropriate representation under Section 22-A (4) of the Registration Act, whereupon if the Government is satisfied with such representation, the petitioner's land can be deleted from the said Notification.

Hence, with a liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation in terms of the aforesaid provision, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
