HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5985 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner -Accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in P.R.C.No.18 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District. The petitioner is alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 449, 302, 380 and 201 r/w 34 IPC. After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the petitioner is involved in two other cases of the same nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _______________ RAJA ELANGO, J 6th July 2015 Nn
