HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22699 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare proceeding No.P2/255(7)/2003-RM-A dated 14.10.2003 of respondent No.1, reverting the petitioner to the post of Controller as illegal.

2. This Court by order dated 28.10.2003 in W.P.M.P.No.28412 of 2003 granted interim direction to respondents not to revert the petitioner, if any of his juniors in the feeder posts are being continued as controllers in Anantapur Region.

3. Advocate for petitioner submitted that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

4. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
