HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Appeal No. 432 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. M.R.K. Chowdary, learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, does not press this appeal and submits that the appellants desire to make representation to the concerned authorities in respect of 300 yards of land, which is part of the land in dispute in these proceedings for appropriate relief. The writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is open to the appellants to make representation, as aforementioned, and it is for the concerned authorities to deal with the same in accordance with law. While making this observation, we should not be understood to have expressed any opinion, as such, on the right of the appellants to make such representation.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
