The learned counsel for the third respondent/insurance company was present on 13.04.2015 and also today. As there was no representation for the appellants on 13.04.2015, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Despite listing the matter today under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the appellants.

2. In the result, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
